Hiring Fees for Accommodation & Equipment

Please Note: The charges outlined below are for the duration of the main event. There is NO charge for a reasonable setting up period before, and/or clearing up period after, the main event for which the accommodation is hired.

Member Clubs

Regular Meetings :

• Any room : £5 per hour

Dance or similar function :

• Main Hall or West Room : £10 per hour.

Non - Member Regular User Groups

Regular Meetings :

• Any room : up to £10 per hour

Private Hirings

Evening Function (Party/Dance, Disco, etc.) :

• £20 per hour up to 4 hours

Morning plus Afternoon Function (e.g. Conference) :

West Room only (including kitchen/bar) : £15 per hour.

Lees Room All categories : £5 per hour

Hire of Equipment

All Categories (Charges additional to Room Hire) :

• Stage Lighting : £15 per session/event.
• Radio (Roving) Microphone for use with Sound System : £5 per session/event.
• Use of Stage Lighting and Radio Mic. together : £17.50 per session/event.
• Portable Music System : £4 per session/event.
• Portable Projection Screen : £3 per session/event.

Private Hiring for External Events (e.g. home events or other, where a Hall room is not hired) :

• Chairs : £0.20 each
• Tables : £2.00 each
• Cutlery and Crockery : Negotiable.
• Market Stalls : £5.00 each
• Portable Music System : £5 per event.
• Portable Projection Screen : £5 per event.
