The group meets in term time on Wednesday evenings at Stamfordham First School from 6.15 - 7-15pm, catering for girls aged between 7 and 11 years.
Meetings include games and activities normally based on the theme of an "interest badge" that we are working for (at the moment the Wildlife Explorer and Culture badges). Lots of fun is had and lots of noise and mess is made. New members are always welcome, space allowing.
Although we are well supplied with helpers for Brownies at the moment, we would like to alert people that there has not been a Guide pack in the village since Val left 3 years ago. This is a great miss and there would be lots of support if anyone felt that they might like to consider restarting a Guide Group.
